Welcome to Wags TorbayThe group is made up of local residence helping to raise money to improve the local area of Hele. The group started from a street party organized by local residence and was the brain child of Steve Parr who has lived in the area for 5 years and was really wanting to improve the neighbourhood. The street party went so well with all the local residence joining in on the day with lots of money raised to be spent on future events. Since then the group has organized many events and more local residence have joined the group. The group are now heavily involved in developing and new skate park in the windmill park. We have had a meeting in the park where the local young people let us know what they want there and now we are looking for funds to provide it. £150,000 any ideas? Take a minute and look on the projects page under skate parks and watch the video done by some local boys.
